- It’s to see someone go over to the dark side like this. Cops in Oregon arrested 33 year old dude who grabbed a Star Wars light saber and began attacking people. Cops tried to tase him but oddly enough it didn’t work and they were forced to tackle him. He was arrested.

- Three Coaches for some 8th grade football team in Connecticut are catching some MAJOR heat over this. The team got 3rd place trophies…and the coaches…took the team out to the park and SET THE TROPHIES ON FIRE! And parents are PISSED! Here is what sucks though – all three coaches resigned after the incident!
- The Blues were in action a couple times over the weekend…After falling to the Predators in Overtime on Saturday – the team rebounded and got the 6-4 win against Columbus last night. Their next game is Wednesday against the Colorado Avalanche in Colorado.
- Crazy weekend in the NFL…we have a lot to cover when we chat with Ravey during the BEAT A WOMAN segment today…but quickly the winners from yesterday’s action. The Dolphins, Lions, Cardinals, and Patriots all got wins…The Panthers, Cowboys, Bengals, Seahawks, and Redskins also got the W. The Chiefs handed Green Bay their first loss of the season, and Indy got it’s first win against the Titans. The Saints and Eagle got wins as the Chargers beat up on the Ravens last night. Again – we’ll get the full recap of the NFL when we chat Beat A Woman with Ravey. Tonight’s Monday Night Football game is between the Steelers and the 49ers. Kick off is at 7:30PM on ESPN.
- Mizzou continued it’s tear as it beat up on William & Mary this weekend. The team is currently ranked 8th nationally and will next take on Illinois at the Dome on Thursday. Tip off for that game is at 8PM.
- And this is just because it’s the end of the year and you have GOT to check this out….after a high school football game at Cowboys Stadium on Friday night…a runaway golf cart drove from the endzone to midfield and took out about 8 people. And this thing was cruising. You have to see the video

- TUESDAY: Police are looking for answers after a woman is caught making meth inside the 81st and Lewis Walmart Thursday evening. Investigators say Alisha Halfmoon gathered the ingredients from throughout the store and started building a meth lab on a store shelf. Walmart security notified authorities around 6 p.m. after spotting the 45-year-old woman acting suspiciously. They told Tulsa Police that Halfmoon had been in the store for more than six hours. According to an arrest report, police observed Halfmoon on security tape mixing the chemicals. When Halfmoon was arrested, she had already mixed two containers of sulfuric acid. Police removed the lab from the store and a team from the Special Investigation Unit disposed of the chemicals. No one was injured.
- WEDNESDAY: Police say two South Florida women are accused of stealing Christmas decorations from their neighbor’s yard and putting them in a yard less than a block away. Police in the Miami suburb of Sweetwater say about $500 of items were taken, including Mickey Mouse on a horse, hugging penguins, Snoopy on a doghouse and Santa on a sled. Miami television station WSVN reports surveillance camera video captured the two thieves taking the decorations from the lawn of Inrid Alemendarez’s home. She called police Thursday after spotting the decorations on a lawn less than a block away. The women were arrested on charges of grand theft. Their names were not released.
- THURSDAY: An East Naples woman was accused of throwing a box of wine and a beer can at her boyfriend, saying he racked up a large bill on her credit card. Karen Rowand was arrested Saturday by Collier deputies at home. According to a Sheriff’s Office report, deputies arrived to Rowand’s residence and found her live-in boyfriend with a cut under his eye and blood dripping down his face. When deputies asked Rowand’s boyfriend what happened, he told them Rowand accused him of taking $2,000 from her credit card, and when he denied it, she became irate and attacked him. Rowand then threw a container of box wine at him, striking him on the right side of his face and throat area, according to reports. She then took a half-full beer can and threw it at him, hitting his cheek, causing him to bleed, Rowand’s boyfriend said. Deputies said a strong odor of alcohol was emitting from Rowand’s facial area and she had trouble speaking with them. Rowand faces a domestic violence charge.
- FRIDAY: It wasn’t exactly the kind of greeting he was used to. But Terry Nowakowski, from Florida, got more than an earful when he tried to enter his home after calling his new girlfriend – in fact, he got an antler full. When he tried to break into the home he shared with his ex-girlfriend Chelsea Harrison after she locked him out, she pulled the mounted deer head off the wall and attacked him with it. A Pasco County Sheriff’s Office report states that Harrison ‘began striking him in the face and body with the ends of the antlers until she lost her grip dropping it to the floor’.
