A woman in China was sick of people speeding past her house.  So she decided to fight the speeding by . . . tying a BLOW-UP DOLL IN LINGERIE to a tree in front of her house. Apparently, her plan is to distract drivers, which will make them slow down.  Or, you know, get into HORRIFIC CRASHES because they take their eyes off the road.

How is this even a headline? It reads….MICHAEL PHELPS has a hot girlfriend. OF COURSE HE DOES! We’d be shocked if he DIDN’T! Her name is Megan Rossee, she’s 25 years old and she’s a cocktail waitress at club in Hollywood. She’s also a model (or I guess we should say an ASPIRING model, if she’s still waitressing.)
