RYAN SEACREST threw down $37 million to buy ELLEN DEGENERES and PORTIA DE ROSSI’S Beverly Hills mansion. It was originally on the market for $49 million. The place is HUGE! It includes a 9,200 square foot main house, two guest houses and a separate, three-bedroom house.
